These are concentrations, not an AQI number

CPCB publishes what each station measured. Collapsing those into a single AQI figure needs CPCB's sub-index breakpoints and a rule about how many pollutants must be reporting before the index means anything, which is a derivation with real judgement in it. We publish the measurements and leave the index to whoever wants to compute it, for the same reason rupee gold here is the IBJA benchmark rather than our own calculation.

A blank cell means that station did not report that pollutant at the last update. It is never a zero. See the air quality dataset.
